Client Agreement for Travel Services

1. Initial Inquiry

  1. Submit an Inquiry Form.
  2. Schedule a complimentary Discovery Call.
  3. Share your travel preferences, dreams & must-haves during the call.

2. Discovery Call (Initial Consultation)

  • Fee: Complimentary
  • Description: A 30-minute consultation to explore your travel vision, ensure we’re a good fit, and review how I work. We’ll discuss your must-haves, expectations, and the service structure.

3. Professional Planning Fee

  • Base Fee: $300 per party (up to 6), per week of planned travel.
  • This fee is non-refundable and required to begin planning your itinerary.
  • The planning fee covers research, itinerary design, supplier coordination, and access to my trusted network to ensure exceptional value, exclusive experiences, and dedicated support.

Additional service fees are assessed based on trip complexity, length, number of travelers, and level of customization. Each trip is evaluated individually after the Discovery Call, and final pricing will be shared with your proposal.

4. Itinerary Design & Revisions

  • Custom itinerary development includes up to two revisions.
  • Additional changes will be billed at $150 per hour.
  • Itinerary approval is required before proceeding with bookings.

5. Booking & Confirmation

A 15% convenience fee (minimum $150) applies to custom bookings, experiences, and reservations outside typical commissionable services.

AMG Inspired will manage all necessary bookings: accommodations, transportation, experiences, and more.

Classic bookings (e.g., cruises, hotels, resort packages) include up to three options and two revisions. Extra revisions: $150 per change.

6. Payment Schedule & Deposits

  • A 20–30% deposit is typically required to secure bookings with suppliers. This is due within 7 days of confirmation.
  • Final payments are due 30–90 days before departure, depending on the supplier.
  • All service fees, deposits, and final payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once submitted.

7. Travel Protection & Support

  • Travel protection is highly recommended.
  • Optional support add-ons include:
    • Custom Travel Guides and Maps: $150–$250
    • 24/7 Travel Support: $100/day
    • Emergency Assistance: $125/incident

8. Seller of Travel

AMG Inspired Travel is registered with the State of California as a Seller of Travel. Registration number: 2165368-40. Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.

9. Acceptance of Agreement

By submitting the planning fee, you agree to proceed with AMG Inspired, the legal entity providing services through our travel division, AMG Inspired Travel, on the research and preparation of your custom itinerary.
