Virtual trips allow us to experience places that we may not be able to visit just yet, but may like to go someday; or perhaps they ignite memories of previous travels. My intention is to provide hope and inspiration through my stories and photos while transporting you during this challenging time.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the world. Hope and inspiration allow us to focus on something more uplifting than the current, and very real, medical and economic effects.
We are grateful to have had our European journeys with our two teenage boys over the past couple of years. Both of our boys are avid soccer players. Along with showing them the world outside of their own, we want to let them experience the highest levels of this game.
What we discovered: the speed of play and technical intensity of European football is well beyond the highest levels of competition in the US; and the world is full of wonder—beautiful places, amazing people, and delicious food.
2019 – Rome from Palatine Hill 2019 – Valencia CF training facility 2018 – Manchester City Etihad Stadium 2018 – Ajax Amsterdam camp
Just a few months ago, we were fortunate to have visited Spain and Italy via France and Switzerland after our youngest son, Cole, played fútbol in Valéncia (while his coaches made Caden an honorary assistant coach). The year before both boys attended a week-long Ajax Amsterdam camp in Holland during our trip to England, The Netherlands, Belgium, and France.
We look forward to getting back to the game and continuing our travels one day soon. Positive focus contributes positive energy into the world. Please be well and enjoy AMG Inspired.
